Reservations at the Peppercorn Motor Inn can be made via:

Reservation Policies and Procedures
Arrival & Departure:
Your accommodation at the Peppercorn Motor Inn will be available from 1.00 pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure, you must vacate the room no later than 10.00 am unless otherwise agreed.
Guarantee Policy:
Your reservation can be guaranteed by paying a deposit within 7 days after your reservation is confirmed or 2 days prior to arrival (whichever comes sooner) or by submitting your credit card details as a “guarantee of arrival”. (Note: You must use a credit card to guarantee an online booking)
Your guaranteed reservation will be held for you on your scheduled day of arrival. If you are unable to meet this reservation please ensure your booking is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy set out below to avoid any unnecessary cancellation fees.
Cancellation Policy:
The Peppercorn Motor Inn may charge a cancellation fee to your credit card or retain all or part of any deposit paid if notice of cancellation is not received 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time. Please call us on the above numbers to Cancel, Change or Reconfirm your reservation.
Buses and Group Bookings (5 rooms or more)
A 10% deposit is required to be paid within 1 month of making the reservation.
A full refund of this deposit will be given if notice of a cancellation is given more than 30 days prior to the intended arrival date.
20% of the deposit will be refunded if notice is given 14 days prior to the arrival date.
No refund will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date.
